This is not a walkthrough that shows the step-by-step. This is merely an useful list of things that you need and where to get them (if I remember), but not in most optimal order of doing them, that's up to you.

I'll just reference the kids to the colors of the locks on their cages, not the color of the kids. Just to make things more clear.

With Safe Room I don't mean that it's really safe, but just the place where I keep every item I find. You could call it the "Storage Room" or whatever too, you get the point though.

A good way to approach the game is to keep all your items in the same room, this will make it less confusing when you are looking for a certain item. So to not forget where you left them, leave them all in the same room!

If you noticed that the screen starts to shake, that means that Yuki Onna is nearby! However it doesn't mean she is on the same floor, it can be below or above you.

Remember this, as it's very useful to avoid getting detected by Yuko Onna. So if you're unsure, sneak around while crouching if you start to shake.

If Yuki Onna has found you and chasing you, just run to the nearest Pot and jump in. You are 100% safe in these for as long as you remain inside.

Yuki Onna reacts to sounds in addition to her vision. If you make too much noise she might track you down. There are Eyeballs scattered around the place (not at the start, but eventually they appear). If they see you, they will make "creaking wooden floor", which will then make Yuki Onna head towards that location. Now you can usually avoid these Eyeballs. Sometimes they're enough high up that you can crouch underneath them and pass without alerting them. However sometimes they're at the ground level, and then you need to make the decision if you want to just take the change or find another way around where you're trying to go.

This is an easy way to get yourself killed, or at least take a bit of damage. They usually are in the middle of hall, so a good thing is to walk to the sides or just pay attention to them when see them.

It's good to know that you are safe down here, well except from the Crocodile walking around.

Be aware of the Crocodile walking around when you're in the basement. This is especially important when you are trying to open the escape door. The noise can draw the Crocodile and he can attack you if you're unlucky, so just keep an extra eye out for it.

Also to note that he will follow you, even upstairs if you are kiting him too close. He also don't care whether you're in a closed door or pot, he will walk and attack through it all.

Green Key = Top Floor
Green Kid = Basement


1. Chainsaw - One of the rooms near the Onsen entrance
- Used to cut the planks for the floor where you picked up the Chainsaw (leads to the Basement later)
- Used to cut the planks leading to the outside area.
Fuse & Yellow Lever before we can get up there)

2. Used Powerdrill - Found outside to the right of the Goat
- You will need to find Batteries scattered around the place. I'm not 100% certain of the locations but correct me if I'm wrong.
1. Outside house
2. Top floor
3. "Purple Area"
- This is used to remove the Metal boards which leads to the room with the Plank.

3. Plank - Found in the room covered with Metal boards to the left of the "Safe Room"
- Used to cross the gap at the top floor which leads to the Shogi Piece and Green Key later.

4. Fuse - Found outside in the top floor.

5. Yellow Lever - 2nd Floor near the Pot in the corner (at Purple Bars)

6. Chainsaw - After using the Power Fuse + Yellow Lever we can now progress further in the 2nd Floor.
- Used to cut the planks on the top floor leading to a Shogi Piece and the Green Key. (Need Power

7. Plank - Use the plank now you got 1 Shogi Piece and the Green Key.

8. Game Disc - Top floor in a room
- Used to give to the dude hiding in the room near the Onsen entrance (if you went right at the start you will see a room with several sliding doors in the corner)
- This will give you the Crowbar

9. Crowbar - Go to the Trap Door (where you found the Chainsaw near the Onsen entrance)
- Used to break the trap door in the floor that leads to the basement.

10. Green Kid - Basement
- You will need to go into each room and pull down, I think 3 levers, each opens a new room with a new lever, so keep exploring and you'll get to the Green Kid eventually.

Blue Key = From the Goat outside
Blue Kid = Outside house on the top floor


1. 2x Stacks of Hay - Top floor & Basement
1. Top Floor (see Green Key section for how to access the top floor)
2. Basement (see the Green Key section for how to access the basement)

2. Goat - Outside
- Give the goat both Stacks of Hay and he will become satisfied and poop out the Blue Key.

3. Blue Kid - Outside in the top floor

Red Key = Gachapon Machine on the 2nd Floor (3x 100 Yen)
Red Kid = Cracked ground on the 2nd Floor, leading to 1st floor stucked room (Daruma)


1. 100 Yen - The Metal boarded room to the right of "Safe Room"
- You need the Powerdrill + Battery to open the remove the Metal boards
- You need the Fish Hook with String which you get from the Outside house.

2. 100 Yen - Ramen Chef on the 2nd floor
- You need Ramen + Bone-in Meat to give it to the Ramen Chef. She will then make a Ramen Soup, and if you drink it you will find the 100 Yen laying inside the empty bowl.
- The Ramen is on the first dinner room before you get to the Ramen Chef.
- The Bone-in Meat is from killing the Goat (Chainsaw) after making him satisfied (2x Stacks of Hay).

3. 100 Yen - Hair-covered Drawer in the "Safe Room"
- You need to acess the "Purple Area". You'll get the Purple Lever after using 2x 100 Yen on the Gachapon Machine.
- In the "Purple Area" you can find the Scissors, which then is used to cut the hair on the Hair-covered Drawer in the "Safe Room".

4. Insert all 3x 100 Yen coins in the Gachapon Machine and you will get the Red Key

5. Daruma - Found to the right of the Ramen Chef Room in a small drawer.
- Used on the cracked floor in the room next to the Gachapon Machine room on the 2nd floor.

7. Red Kid - After going through the cracked floor the Red Kid will be inside.

I now assume that you know where the previous used items are, so I'll only explain the new ones.


Valve - After placing all 5 Shogi Pieces
- 1. Already where you insert all Shogi Pieces
- 2. Outside house, top floor
- 3. Top floor, where you got the Green Key
- 4. Top floor in one of the rooms
- 5. Basement, one of the rooms

Shovel - Found outside
- Used to get the Powerdrill after digging in the ashes to get the Boltcutter.

Boltcutter - See above

Chainsaw

Powerdrill

Bucket of Hot Onsen Water - Gotten by using the Bucket on the Onsen Water
- Used to unfreeze the Frozen Handle

Voodoo Doll - In the room with the Plank
- You need to burn it in the Furnace (kitchen on 1st floor) to get the Key for the escape door.

All 3 Kids and exit through the escape door!
