The vanilla aircraft have low capacity which means that I have to set a lower value. In reality, this plane has 40 seats and can usually take 28 people.

As a BBJ, it should not have the same passenger carrying capacity as other aircraft. So yes it's 4.

To everyone who may have a doubt with the plane's logo: Air China is the parent company of Beijing Airlines. These two companies share the same logo.
