To unlock new game+ mode, you just need to beat the game once with any ending. Once you do that, every time you start a new game from that point, it'll be a new game+.

Another important thing, take the cat plush from your apartment with you. You'll need it if you want access to any of the new features.

Once you've beaten the game at least once, 5 circles will appear on the title screen, and 1 or more of them might be filled in with a color. These circles represent the endings you have achieved, so you can keep track of them. From left to right, it's Green, Blue, Red, Yellow, White. If you haven't gotten the ending then it will be an empty circle. Nothing happens if you color them all in, you just get bragging rights.

The ultimate food item of the game, it requires much preperation to make, and you won't be able to completely assemble it completely until towards the end of the game. It'll fill you up for a very long time and give a huge boost to your mental health, making it useful to get the white and green ending. You'll need the following items:

Burger Bun - Attempt to give Hank the cat plush after you've given him all 5 health tonics, and haven't given him any blue pills. I'm not sure if you have to tell him that there might be a cure and not use the flashlight in front of him, but you should do so just to make sure.

Burger Patty / Tofu Patty - Attempt to give The Man Who Wears a Box the cat plush while in the green dream. He'll give you a choice between the tofu and regular patty, but it doesn't change anything.

Gas and Frying Pan - You'll need to be able to cook the patty to actually make the burger. The gas for your stove can be located in one of the rooms in The Director's apartment, just use the gas on your stove to replace it. To get the frying pan, you have to attempt to give The Director the cat plush once you're able to trade him cat comics. I'm not sure if you have to have high mental health or have to have traded with him often to get flares. You'll have to do this before he dies, or you won't be able to get it.

Lettuce Leaves - Attempt to give Benzido the cat plush. He'll give you 3 of them, but you only need 1 for the burger. You have to get it before he gets horribly murdered by a monster.

Sliced Cheese - You can find some lying around in some areas, The Director might also give you some early on. If all else fails, then the box in the supermarket will occasionally have some.

Tin of Pickles - You can find some lying around in some areas, The Man Who Wears a Box will give you some if you're low on food supplies as well.

To assemble it, first cook the patty by using the stove in your apartment. Then combine the cooked patty with the burger bun. Then combine the burger with a lettuce leaf. Then combine the dressed burger with the sliced cheese. Finally, combine the dressed cheeseburger with the tin of pickles. Now eat it, and praise the food gods for such a delicious meal.

The ultimate drink, giving a giant boost to your mental health, healing you, and possibly letting you stay up longer. It's much simpler to get than the burger, but you can't get it until literally the end of the game.

First, you need to attempt to give Kenny the cat plush, and he'll give you some regular old Mexican Cola. Next, you'll need to attempt to give your cat the cat plush once you've fed it all 5 tins of cat food, and you'll get a cat key. Don't ask how it does that, just accept it. Once you get into the hospital, you can use the cat key on the reception door to get in it. Inside isn't much, except for a canister of liquid nitrogen in the corner, how handy. Use the Mexican Cola on the canister to make the Chilled Mexican Cola.

Finally, drink it, and praise the drink gods for such a delicious drink.

Late in the game, you'll find a music store with 2 sets of posters on it. Examine both sets of the posters, and the next time you check The Director's frequency, he'll have something for you. Go check it out, and he'll give you a music player. I'm not sure if you need to have high mental health to get it or not. The music player sadly only has 1 song, and you have to sacrifice a battery to listen to it every time, but it gives a large boost to your mental heath when you use it.

The last three items in this guide all give you GIANT mental health boosts, surely they don't just give you the boost just to help you get the relatively easy to get green ending, right? Well there is a new ending to get on a new game+, and it's called the White ending. There are 2 ways to get it, the first is to play the game PERFECTLY and get a perfect mental health rating by yourself, or just get a relatively good mental health rating and use the 3 new game+ items to bump it up to perfect.

When you enter the hopsital, rather than going to the end of the hall like usually, go down the other hallway. If "You" refuses to go down that way, your mental health isn't high enough. When you do go down that hallway, you'll see it will slowly deterioate, and then you see a body.

Her.

She'll come to life as a zombie that crawls along the floor. Touching her results in instant death, and attempting to hurt her or place a flare makes her scream, doing damage to you and putting out the flares. Start the fight by IMMEDIATELY running in the opposite direction, and hiding in the hiding spot. Wait until she passes, and then run to the next hiding spot. When you get past her, she'll eventually just teleport back and in your way. You must constantly use the hiding spots and wait for her to get past, and eventually make your way down the hall. You'll come to a place with about 30 or so zombies, and you can either try to use the flare to get past them, or use the hiding spot to the right of them and just sneak past all of them.

Once you get to the end of the hall there will be a bright light, head into it. You'll end up in a futuristic looking hospital room. Take the glass of water on the table next to the bed, then go to sleep, and enjoy the ending.

This ending is harder to get than the White Ending for the fact that you have to get the White Ending first to be able to get this ending. Besides that, it's actually the easiet ending in the game. Just attempt to give Chie the cat plush after talking to her once. That's it. Once you do that, sit back and enjoy the result of your hard work.

The superflat arcade now has a new arcade machine called "NG+", obviously referencing the fact you're in a new game+. "You" has no idea what it is, and the machine is just a yellow-ish orange color. Might be a refernce to the color of the cat plush, considering you have to use it constantly.

After getting the White Ending, the potrait of "You" when starting a new game changes to "You" sleeping in a bed while holding the cat plush.

The song from the music player is actually a real song Jasper made when he was making music rather than games.

When you get the White Ending, the end game report says you "Faced your deepest fears."

When you get the Yellow Ending, the end game report says you "Found an easier solution to your problems."

When examing the hallway that leads to the White Ending, "You" says he is frightened of what might be down the hall rather than "I should check out this area first."

"You" now says different things when examing the cat plush rather than just "He isn't mine, but I can learn to love him."
