Updated 10/12/2020 with new elevators

Risen out of the brutalist architecture movement, Lawrence Town Centre was the former headquarters for the Pear company. After years of deliberation, the city decided to refurbish it instead of demolishing it. Now, the building has been partitioned for small and large private businesses to lease.

This building has three elevator shafts and 2 encased emergency exits.

The café is fully functional if you hire chefs, and has spaces adjacent to expand kitchen operations.
