Thanks for this guide, it sure is useful. The basic principles can be applied to mods too, some promotions/units will of course be different.

In case anyone viewing this is interested, theres a great youtuber who has lots of Civ4 Diety playthroughs, AbsoluteZero (formerly Chris67132). I'e been a long term fan of his, and he helped me go from a Noble to Immortal/Diety player

Good job. Every time I lookup Civ5 or Civ6, I immediately close the steam shop and ASAP go to Civ4. This is the pinnacle of civ franchise, if not 4x gaming (so far).
