This is an effect, not a physics model. i find it to be more easy to set it up that way

It also has animated textures :)

@eb maybe, i mean, i DO have access to all of the files. it just requires motivation. i was actually thinking of making a oblivion model pack for gmod. one with houses, scenery props, and just clutter from around cyodiil
