The Martin Manufacturing Co. is a fictional small knit products company founded in 1948 that ceased production in 2015.
This is they're former semi-abandoned main warehouse: an old, rusty and grungy industrial building looking for a renter for too long.

All we need now are some proper forklifts!! None are on the workshop that are detailed, they look comical and lame or come in a pack that's dirt old. You should make a few.. with the forks lowered, another with the forks raised halfway and tilted back, (loading a vehicle/warehouse), and another with the forks raised all the way. This would be a very used asset to have... without any manipulation.
