1. Institution 01 Scene - right at the start when you gain control of the scientist, head right through the door and the black computer will be on your right.

2. Institution 01 Scene - floor B2, head to the far left door with the decorations and go inside. Head left to door B2-1 and go inside. The computer is just to the right

3. Institution 01 Scene - Floor B2, head right from the elevator to door B2-2, then left to find the black monitor

4. Institution 01 Scene - right after you come to, after going into the vent and waking up, the computer will be right next to you

5. Institution 02 Scene - in the office room with Josh hiding, it's on the left side of the room

6. Institution 02 Scene - right after the previous one, leave that office room and go left into the next door. The computer is on the left

7. Final Scene - right after being released by the crazy guy talking to the head on the table, leave that room, go through the far left door, go through the far left door again past the crazy guy, then through the far left door two more times and you'll see the computer on your right

8. Final Scene - after escaping from the psycho, run to the far right door past all the dead bodies and inside you'll be in a dark room. Head right to find the final computer

1. Institution 01 Scene - floor B3, just to the right of the elevator

2. Institution 01 Scene - floor B2 on the right side of the hallway

3. Institution 01 Scene - floor B2, head to the door on the far left with the decorations above it, and the cooler is on your right

4. Institution 02 Scene - right after finishing up the Crackhouse scene, head right through the snow and into the large glass building. Head right until you come to the cooler

5. Institution 02 Scene - Inside the office room where Josh is hiding, on the left side of the room

6. Institution 02 Scene - right after the previous one, leave that office room and head left to the next door. Go inside and it's on the left side of the room

7. Final Scene - right after completing the Institution 02 Scene, you'll come out of a giant elevator door. The cooler will be on your right

If after completing all the actions the achievement did not open, you need to exit the game and load the game level back.
