Achievement (Its just a empty Cave.) Explore a abandoned cave (cave is on your right) (Chapter 2)

Achievement (Bullseye.) hit the door activator in the Dalek temple by throwing a items. (Chapter 4)

Achievement (Exterminate.) Drive the Dalek (Chapter 4)

Achievement (You’re one of the Doctor’s chosen few!) Finish the game (Chapter 5)

Achievement (Sherlock Who?) figure out the code to the safe in less than 60 seconds (Chapter 1)

Thanks but this is like the bear minimum of helpful...
Below I've reorganised the guide in order they're available and added tips.

= Storyline Achievements

= Missable Achievements
All missables can be achieved later using the Chapter Replay function

Time Saving Tip: once you figure out the timed puzzles, instantly quit to the menu and continue your game to be put at the beginning of that segment for another try.

Chapter 1:

(Will you answer you call?) Pick the phone up in the beginning

(Sherlock Who?) figure out the code to the safe in less than 60 seconds

TARDIS Console: (available between chapters after finishing the first)
