Hey guys!
I have to tell you, there is no real tactic to stealth the Train Heist. However, it is one of the easiest heists to stealth. Why? Because many times 1 or 2 guards will be alone and you can get them at almost any time (not like the other heists).

Let's start with the requirements:
1. Dominator Skill owned
2. Smooth Talker owned

Also recommended:
1. Somebody with ECM Specialist aced (and knows how to use it properly)
2. Cleaner skill aced
3. Joker skill owned
4. Playing with friends. Acting as a group is very, very important to stealth this

You will spawn in one of the two locations. Make your way up. I usually go near the "warehouse" first. The good thing about the warehouse is that many civilians go back there and guards usually don't (however, they can). The first thing you want to do is taking the civilians that are alone.
After taking a few civilians, look for guards that are alone. It is important to look on both sides of the train so you can see if there is any good chance.

When you take one guard, move as a team. One guy takes the pager, the others kill the civilians who were alarmed or stay there just in case a guard comes. If there are more than two guards alerted at the same time, I really recommend using an ECM to take some time to discuss on who does what.

It is important to take one guard as a hostage when you have the occasion. There are 5 or 6 guards, so you need to dominate one if 5. You need to convert one before dominating the other if there are 6.

Many of the times one or two guards will be downstairs (maybe they're going to pee), so take your occasion if they are; however, be careful and look what's going on around him before shooting. You don't want to alarm too many guards at the same time.

After you take all the guards, I recommend to convert the one dominated. If you do so and find a guard into the train, you can make him surrender without a problem. If you don't have the joker skill, you will have to go around the guard and not get spotted for the whole game. If more than one person has joker, you can have 2 guards converted and dominate a 7th guard! REMEMBER: the converted guard can be spotted and kill other guards.

After you took all the civilians and guards, open the 3 vaults. If you find the 3 vaults and there are other doors to open, don't, you won't find anything else. The right vault is the one that looks more empty. However, it doesn't matter which one you open first. It's all about saving time.

Now you can take all the ammo bags and turrets downstairs. Be careful with the ammo bags! They can explode! You can take them downstairs and throw them right at your feet without letting them explode, but don't throw them far! Also shooting at the bag makes them explode. If one bag explodes, all the bags in the surroundings will too.

DON'T THROW THE TURRETS IN THE BOAT UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL THE AMMO BAGS DOWNSTAIRS. You will have to throw the turrets first into the boat. If you throw the ammo first, they will go in the water and spawn back near the warehouse. After you do that, the boat will go away and come back in a few seconds. A timer "until the escape" will start. That's when you want to throw the ammo bags into the boat. There are 40 ammo bags. After throwing them all, you will get an achievement and you can escape with almost 3M spending cash all for you!!
