Create a short cut on the desktop of the mcclauncher that is found in the Master Cheif folder within common folder and go in to the propeties of that short cut and make the target into the the template bellow and change the path if need on the second half as the second template shows

This isnt simple to launch . i noticed that the game does not launch on steam when the anti cheat launches, as after the launch load of anti cheat the game then starts on steam and restarts the antivirus launch which completely throws away the purpose BUT .
If you launch the game on steam first and wait for first load of the anti cheat and then load the short cut you may recreate as i got it to work again or any other order but i have been able to recreate the fix may times.
So keep trying and you will get the success. I recommend using the steam FPS counter to see if it works from the menu. As i get 22-30 fps if unsuccessful after loading into the menu while if successful i get solid 60 fps(left a cap of 60 ) so you dont need to load into a level to see if works.

Hope fully DEVs see this and take note of the anti Cheat and hopefully replace it
