Ember Spirit isn't really like your conventional carry. Something I heard was "Juggernaut on steroids" and I guess that's as good a description as any. He's a lot about using abilities rather than basic attacks to deal a lot of damage in a large radius. That's not to say he can't hold his own with basic attacks - he is an agility carry after all. But play a round with him and you'll find there's a charm about him that no other carry really has.
