Omschrijving

Tianjin, a megacity in northern China, is the economic center of the Bohai Rim Region. First built in 1404, the city have seen its concession era during the Late Qing Dynasty (started in around 1860s). Thanks to its development for more than 600 years, Tianjin has become a unique city with a combination of Chinese and Western, ancient and modern.

The map restores the landscape and part of transport of downtown Tianjin and Wuqing District at 1:3. Taken Hebei District and Beichen District as center, the map stretches from Xiqing District, Shigezhuang Intersection in the west, to Dongli District, Dongli Lake in the east, from downtown Wuqing District in the north, to Jinnan District, Tianjin University (Beiyangyuan Campus) and Nankai University (Jinnan Campus) in the south. Main expressways and rails are in place. Train stations and Tianjin Binhai International Airport (TSN) in reality are all fit well in 25 tiles of the map.
