This is Simple forward looking LUA Radar.
Can scan 90, 120, 180, 360 degress, and Range from 50-500-1000-2500-5000m with R button
Scan Degree can be changed by touching anywhere on screen.

If you do plan to make a new one try to implement target information (such as altitude and maybe
gps)

Alright. This is the only radar i can find that looks like this, which is the only radar that looks like real ones, so good luck making a new one whenever you do.

@Alfraido It does not work with new radar. I'm thinking of making a whole new one with a better visual but NOT SURE WHEN.

After finally getting round to checking my installation of this, I noticed something on your example vehicle, it has a Constant number of 0.125 being fed to the FOV on both of it's radar's, might want to update that as if people are as dense as me, and don't know the effect of the FOV input, they will just copy the example and see it doesn't work, and go with a different radar controller...

Knew it would be a stupid mistake, I usually never touch FOV as I don't really understand it (or didn't). Thanks, @SAKYamoney

Set FOV of radar to minimum value like 0.001 to get dot-like track. It seems like you set it to maximum value over 0.125.
