I did notice a few little details that were incorrect, or not fully explained. Where you advise to never do something, there is always a time and place... such as giving up a scientist during diplomatic meetings. It's a great way to ditch a lacklustre scientist in exchange for one that works in one of your specialized fields. Also, the context in which you use the word "wetwork" is counter to the point you were making.
Wolf/Laika for my elite: mostly a commando, but sometimes you can get traits during the game to overcome his/her downsides. A half-decent hacker.
Domingo: Hacker, commando, converter extraordinaire. He really is a jack of all trades. And since he's a hacker, the geeks like him that much more. It's a hard to get a "hacker" (someone with the trait) that's capable in the field, so he's great. If I can get something in the game to up him from 6/6 to higher, I usually use it on him, and maybe Fortune.
Fortune: Negotiator, decent at converting otherwise, can capably perform her own exfiltrations (commando) and a smuggler to boot if weapons are important to you (too much time and political backlash for me), and half-decent hacker.
Alekilu (can't remember how you spell his name - I mostly use him as just a hacker and spy hunter (if there's someone else around recovering from an exfiltration after he IDs the spy, I have the other person capture them).
luxxxy: For my play style, Shiva doesn't work at all. I don't like the Bloodthirsty trait because I much prefer stealth. By lowering the alert level to zero or close to it, and ideally by having the drone there, I can typically get through an exfiltration without any serious altercations. I can often do it with like, 2-4 dialogue boxes and I'm out. Love those.
There's a couple of icons I can't figure out. What does it mean when the green people circle over a scientist turns orange? What does it mean when they get a storm cloud icon? I'm guessing they both mean I'm losing my grip on them, but I don't know in what way, nor do I see any actions I can take to fix it.
Thanks!
