Silberlinge/Wagon type n Repaintmod

This mod adds the n-Wagen (nickname Silberling) to the game.

A kind of passenger car of the German Federal Railroad is called n-Wagen. They owe their nickname to the shining stainless steel.
Of course the repaints of Skyjoe are also on board again.
