Ẅ̗̀͟h̢͒ȃ̰t͚̳̂̆ ͚̱͗̽H̑͟ap͎̌peṉ̉͜͞é̱͐͢d̞̽ ̺̤̓̕H͘͟e̢͈̽͐r̠̜͆͝e?

Tyler's Canyon is my third attempt at an environment type map. It features an eerie atmosphere, optimization At least an attempt at optimizing the map, and a proper 3D skybox, which holds a sneak peek to one of the maps I'll be working on in the future.


Most of the textures used to make this map is from a texture pack called Realworldtextures2, which is made by the guy named TopHATTwaffle



September 3rd, 2010, 9 PM.

It's a rainy night, there's a truck going down a road. Not really any other cars in the road, just the truck. There's 2 people inside the vehicle, one of which is you, the other is your recently made friend. You seem to be injured, shown by the cast wrapped around your waist. You must've got hurt on the way or even before driving the truck. You turn to the right, your friend who's in the passenger seat is sleeping. Can't blame them, after what happened you would be taking a long nap too. But of course, you're the one driving, so you can't do that no matter how tired you are.

After a couple minutes, you see a another tunnel not so far ahead, illuminated by the moon light. Strangely this one's entrance is also filled with a black void. You drove though it, everything goes black. It feels like you're dead, a similar feeling. Suddenly, You found yourself in a road full of broken down cars. You can't continue forward.

You wake your friend up then the both of you exit the truck. Your friend grabs a duffle bag out of the glove department, and placed everything inside it on a table that you took from the truck's cargo bed. You look around. The sight of the cars, rubble, blood, and the eerie aura covering the whole place. It makes yourself ask one question... "What happened here?"


I know someone in the comment section is gonna say "But that's not a canyon! It looks more like a ______!" If that's true, I will change the name to something that actually makes sense.
