It's older gameplay between 21-7-2018 and 29-5-2019. Haven't played since.

Actually, it looks like you're playing on the classic branch; the updated branch fixed some of these issues, like with Danny's faces inside his head has been fixed.

Most glitches/bugs happen if you have a bad connection with the server. Along with the item physics, that's normal.
