Lightning Hammer

Known to very few people, Dwarves don't just throw bombs and live underground. A small colony of Dwarves left the underground a long time ago and colonized a large passing cloud. In this flying dwarven city, a great hammer was forged to be used in the Troll Wars.
This hammer, having been forged in the sky during a terrible storm, was struck by a single bolt of pure lighting just as the Dwarves were tempering the delicate steel. This bolt of energy fried all of the dwarven smiths and blew the hammer off the city and down into onto the surface world below.
The dwarves went searching for the hammer after the Troll Wars ended, but could never find it. They deemed the Lightning Hammer lost forever.

Until the War Mage found it.

Changes:
-A small lightning storm is summoned with every strike of the hammer
-Both attacks cost mana in order to keep the weapon balanced
