First just put some ammo in like normally.

Grab the door handle. (DONT OPEN IT!!!) Then be ready to press the refund button

Ok now open the door AND press the button in the exact same time! Nice Free Item. Mabey you dont make it at you first try. But just do this every time you buy someting. For me its worked twice now. (testet three times)

the fact that useless guides that are just useless jokes like "how to jump" "how to open the game" get more rewards then actually cool and neat things like this saddens me, take some points.
