After turning the power on, make your way to the bottom hallway you came in before (is now caved in). Enter the room with the Gargatula and instantly make a left. Speed is critical on this part, because he will be chasing you the entire time. Go up the stairs at the end of the room, and pull the switch to the right. Doing this will fry the Gargantula behind you.
