SteamDolls is a steampunk inspired metroidvania game with a grimmy touch of brutality. You assume the role of a cunning thief and anarchist known as "The Whisper" and make your way through heavily secured environments. Blast your way to your objective or stick to the shadows and perform a violent "backstab kill" on unsuspecting guards as you struggle with the haunting apparitions of a mesmerizing witch trying to reveal the truth about a conspiracy that could shake the very foundation of the world.

This Deathstroke-esque character, voiced by Metal Gear Solid's David Hayter, uses a mixture of stealth, platforming, melee combat and ranged attacks to make his way through a grimy steampunk city. Shake the foundations of the city and help start an uprising and overthrow the corrupt authoritarian government. There’s also the small matter of a witch that appears to you in visions and will no doubt have an impact on your noble endeavors.
