THIS ISNT A "HOW TO RUN PAYDAY 2 ON A POTATO GUIDE
While I will give out some Hefty FPS boosting mods, this guide is more towards people with decent hardware, who are like myself, tired of getting sub 40 fps on heists.

it is key to disable "Flush GPU", with this option enabled I was getting around 70-80 FPS with my Ryzen 9 3900X and RTX 2080S and after disabling "Flush GPU" I have 100-110 FPS
