Not my model or textures, alll I did was edit the pre-existing CEDA mod (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1522251809) and removed the other character files, making the mod only affect a singular character (Bill in this case). I will take this mod down at anyone's disclosure, and intend no copyright. I hope you enjoy. Assuming this doesn't get taken down

I WILL make for other characters upon request. Just ask.
