Two Orcs Combo Test Lab

Description
CAUTION : YOU CANNOT GET ANY ACHIEVEMENTS USING ANY MODS ON WORKSHOP AND THAT INCLUDES MINE.

The purpose of this mod is to help players test trap setups for combos in a more controlled environment:

i) Only 2 Orcs will spawn on every wave: 1 Medium Orc, and 1 Heavy Orc (both have shields in Nightmare)
ii) Each wave has a break so you can cooldown any trinkets, and recover mana.
iii) The 2 Orcs will only come from one location on the map.
iv) Money bonus is unchanged.
v) Changes only affect OMD!2 Maps. Also no changes made to Endless.

Future:

- I may decide to remove the medium orc in some later maps as usually the heavy orc tends to combo better
- I may add Classic and DLC maps.

Personal Note:

I made this mod for myself to test combo setups in a controlled environment so that I could better understand timings and the like, so I could better my score when I played for real. However, I thought that others could also use something like this.

@w0tamin are you using other mods that change the onslaught and timing files? If so then they are not compatible.

@Margorach When you subscribe to a mod, the next time you launch OMD!2 you will be given the option to "Launch with mods" or "Launch Classic", and are given a list of mods to use.

@PortePoisse This is definitely not an original idea, as a lot of core players used something similar in OMD1. However, I didn't see something like this on Workshop to my surprise.
