How to have Wheatley (AP-SAP)

Wheatley is character from Portal 2. Wheatley is also viewed in the TF2 with name AP-SAP as item for spy class. His abbility is to destroy engineers buildings. He is the only sapper in the game, wich can talk to you. You can have him in these ways:

1) Get- You can get him in the game, but you have to be really lucky. This way is the best, but you have really small chances to get him.
2) Buy- You can buy him on the community center or TF2 shop. His usual price is 8,75€, in sale his price is 6,98€.
3) Cheat- you can of course cheat him somehow, but this way is bad and i dont reccomend you to do it. Better way is to buy him.

I bought him. Wheatley surely belong to favorite items in the TF2, because he references to Portal 2.
I like Wheatley and I have him on my primary set, As a person, who own him, I can say it pays to buy him.

A number of community servers with item control will let you equip stuff like this, though they might expect you to do some command-line stuff to make it work. Of course, it's only available on that supported server. If you want to "try before you buy" so to speak, that's a good way to do it for that, as well as any number of weapons/cosmetics/taunts/etc.
