If you were messaged by an account linking the group SnowFox Giveaway, it is likely you are now a victim of a hidden scam. In short summary, this scam is already know and feature a close duplicate of a steam login page to steal your account details. This scam is targeted at CSGO players and the group I believe was originally created by the account "SnowFox" on steam which has made posts on the group's forum but is no longer a member of the group.

I commented on the group page warning people that any links sent with ".fun" at the end of them with another link going to the group is definitely a scam, and any attempt to put in correct details will go to the steam authenticator page whether authenticator is activated or not. One minute after making the post, I was kicked from the group and banned from the group's forums which goes to show that they are guilty of the scam. My comment on the group was not directly accusing them but rather mentioning that someone was potentially using the group to scam, but they still banned me.
I created a brand new account with steam authenticator disabled, entered my details and it came up with an authenticator page (Which makes no sense). To make sure this isn't normal, I logged into OPSkins the same way and did NOT have to enter an authenticator code, and it never even came up with the option to.

Me and my friend were messaged by a bot under the name of Brown Eyes (likely a victim of the scam) saying we have won a Black Friday knife and claiming we can redeem it with a unique code after logging into a website. I thought hey maybe I actually won a knife, and no matter how accurate the page is always be skeptical. First, I made sure that the steam group link was legitimate which it was. I then opened the scam link in a virtual machine, to make sure no damage could be done to my original machine. After opening the link, a case roll appeared with only knives and if I refreshed it would land on a different knife, in a pattern starting with Bayonet: Gamma Doppler. Under the case roll it says to sign in with steam. On one of the sites which were sent, it opens a steam login box which cannot be moved outside of the chrome tab, which signifies that it is a fake tab and only exists in the realm of the website. On the other site, it was possible to move the box outside of the tab and was it's own independent tab, showing the some of the websites may be out of date of the scam. I will not put the link of the two websites that we were sent but only mention to not put in your details to the website. I created a brand new account under the username 6969BobNob6969 with a unique password and no steam authenticator. After putting the details into the website's steam login I was greeted by a steam authenticator page like mentioned earlier. It is likely my account was not attempted to be stolen due to it being new or due to it not having steam authenticator activated. The scam is run by bots, so it may have been waiting for an authenticator code so it could enter it.
