  3. Hit the blood clots and the fetus (when clear the blood clots) 3 rounds before the blood trail reaches the Reset switch. (0)

  1. Press the red button 8 times to get the screwdriver. (8)
  2. Unscrew the instruction panel. (0)
  3. Adjust system time to 23:59:00. (0)
  4. Waiting until a paper prints a randomized code, you should read from the bottom to the top. (0)
    For example:

    It would be 322113.
  5. Enter this numbers to the Roman numerals button. (6)
Ending 18
  1. Press the red button twice. (2)

  4. Hold (or press 666 times) the rightmost gray button until it reaches 666. (0)

Even though I completed all the achievements, the game didn't give me achievement '' Completionist ''. This is a huge bug. Anyone know WHY?

Great guide - It's a shame the game is so littered with bugs that some of these endings are unobtainable.
And I have to reboot the game EVERY SINGLE TIME i reboot it

Can i use the ingame clock to get ending 17? I don't wanna screw up my run but also am not sure how to change my computers clock and if i figure it out how to set it make to normal.

achievement Perfectionist tips:

1. you can make mouse clicks as many clicks as you want, only buttons game count.
2. the screen is a button, so in the airplane game it means 1 click = 1 piece of the building had be destroyed watch out!
3. you can click as many times as you want on the button of 276 counter ending.
4. hammered and movement of the clock hand do not count as click, so you spam the hammer at the bloody blobs for ending 16, but the 12:0:0 clock ending i should you to change your pc clock for spare red buttons clicks
5. As @iowa sayed: make first city boom ending, next baby blood ending, next again shutdown ending followed by the stanley parable ending.
6. leave the first ending at the end!

Red Button Cicks:
x1 - lever
x2 - I II III
x8 - screwdriver
x16 - hammer
x20 - shutdown ending

For anyone still struggling with Perfectionist achievement, here's some couple of tips.
IMPORTANT: After finishing Ending #2, immediatly do Ending #20. If you don't, it will result in additional 20 clicks, since you have to do ending #2 again if you've gone into other endings, meaning your achievement is ruined;
I recommend you to do Ending #15 and #16 first, since if you fail one of these - you have to start ALL over;
Scroll mouse wheel to zoom in/out, if you struggle with missclicks or just wanna be precise with presses.

About if it counts clicks or certain buttons, it does only buttons that has counts in this guide, like "press red button (20)". Meaning you need to press that button 20 times. But if something like "Grab screw and unscrew panel (0)" is written, it means no clicks is counting, meaning you can press and click many times as you want, as long you don't missclick into, for example, red button that has counts.
