That's my Warship Leader build. Absolutely gigantic control area, +15% evade, +5% acc (doesn't matter much), and a ton of +power, mod the warship itself with solar panels and self-healing, +WS movement as well. The Warship will dodge basically everything thrown at it, have a ton of movement and do a ridiculous amount of damage. Can clear entire levels however quickly or slowly you want to. Only problem it has is the missions that require ELS to mimic, because they don't ever seem to get hit.
Finally Affection is more useful than Repair. Later on units rarely get damaged so energy regen is far more important than healing.
Also if there are movement related skills they are also pretty useful for a warship and might replace control Lv.1 (I haven't found any yet, but they did exist in the old games).
