Go to the engine room (the options menu) and go to keyboard.
There should be a button ''Advanced''. CLICK IT! IT should come up withe the option to enable the console!!!!!!!!

Then type sv_cheats 1 to enable all the lovely cheats.

you would just enter cheats like normal source games,
But here are some to get you started!!!!!!

bot_kill Force all bots to immediately suicide (WILL BREAK GAME!!!)
ship_enable_bots 0/1 Turn bots on or off ( WILL BREAK GAME!!!)
ship_needs_disable 1 Disable needs

If you type in ship_justice a bunch of things related to the brig will appear.
