Step 1: Enable the Beta
The last patch before the Resubmerged update is available as 'beta'.
  • Right click Diluvion in your Steam library and select properties.
  • Go to the beta tab and select
staging - temp holder for all builds before pushing live


Wait for the download to complete.
Done. There are no other steps.

Yeah, you get the last version of the game before Resubmerged, including the music.

Hi Taake :) By doing this, do we get the old music back as well? I kind of remember that the original music (before the Resubmerged update) had a an asian influence and I remember being deceive when I notice that they had change the music while viewing the trailer for the Resubmerged update :(

Hey I opted into the beta as you described, and it downloaded the new version. but when I click play afterwards it kinda starts the game but then immediately closes it again :( Any ideas?

Thanks Taake for making the guide and another thanks to Makarov for showing an even simpler way. I tried that and it works perfectly. I had kind of given up on playing this game when I saw this.
