Описание
Modifies content availability such that everything* becomes and stays available foreversince 1850 (the minimal start year).

* everything means everything. As horses slow down traffic, they are excluded from 'everything'.If you're interested in disabling other elements or activate the civil cars as well, you can change them with the integrated mod options.

Inspired by Nandos mod for TPF

Is thera a way to only access things like vehicles? I'd like to have the old buildings remain, as well as old cars, but I need newer vehicles
