Step 1: File path
File Path needed:

C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Team Fortress 2 > tf > cfg

Step 2: Make the autoexec.cfg file
Make a .txt file. This can be done by
right click > new > text document

Then copy and paste this into the file:

//Micspam X bind//
alias vtoggle "von"
alias von "+voicerecord; voice_loopback 0; alias vtoggle voff"
alias voff "-voicerecord; voice_loopback 0; alias vtoggle von"
bind x "vtoggle"

Next, right click the .txt and rename it to "autoexec". You then need to change the extension from ".txt" to ".cfg"

You may have file extensions hidden in Windows10 if you don't see the .cfg or .txt parts of the file. If so, follow this: https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/204676189-How-to-change-a-File-Extension-in-Windows

"
Click the View tab in File Explorer and then click the Options button (or click the drop down menu and click Change folder and search options).

The Folder Options dialog box is displayed. Click the View tab at the top of Folder Options.

To view file extensions, uncheck the Hide extensions for known file types option.
"

Step 3: Test
load up TF2 and join a server.
Press "X" on your keyboard
Your microphone should turn on and begin broadcasting.
You can then press "X" again to turn off your mic broadcast.
Done!
Assuming you did everything correctly, you should now have a functioning autoexec.cfg command for microphone broadcasting, excellent for micspam!
