If you are tired of collecting Laboratory Recipes or can't unlock the third medal about "100 Officers Killed", then you can use my solution.

Firstly, you should find the location of game save files:

\Astrox\astrox_Data\SAVE_DATA

You can use any text editor to open these save files. The file name is slot_*.txt (* means your save slot number).

If you created a new game, this is the sector of Laboratory Recipes:


From ~ to right, turn 0 to 1. Their correct numbers are 25.

At the bottom of save file, this is the sector of Ribbons and Medals:


The first 16 fields are Ribbons.

After 4 fields of 0, the next 6 fields are Medals.
