A lot of explosive arrows just outside Riverwood. what more is to say,other than it does not require any dlcs
try out my sword mod plz unfortunatly i couldn't make it explode sry 8,(

This is more of a nice effect than an actual explosion. All arrows DO however deal a lot of damage... except the green flash of light. Those are just an effect. :)

how about a teleport mood where you have a teleport spell in whiterun general goods and it lets you fast travel anywhere?
