I guess it simulates a small crew of responders or the fire chiefs Vehicle so maybe they carry a large fire hose in the trunk :)

ryan will this respond with another vehicle, or by itself and still put out the fire without any apparatus? Do we assume the crew got out and used a hand held fire extinguisher at that point?

By chance are you working on a single truck wood version?
