The get all skin/cave etc collectibles need to be done in a single playthrough. No manual save in the game! You can backup your save from: Documents/Woven/Serializer/ the "profile" file is the save game. I suggest you to back it up after each chapter so you don't need to restart the full game from scrap in case you miss one collectible, you accidently progress through a no return point etc.

All achievements clearly for collectible except this one, yet you will get it automatically if you trying to get all collectible during your playthrough.

On each level there is a snake which blocking a side path (except on chapter 1 as it is blocking the main path). If you made all to move away by wearing the required pattern then you will get this achievement in chapter 5: the desert as soon as you made the 5th snake to move away there.
