Mini teleporter models

To load the "building" animation add the mini_teleporter.mdl to the Animation Set Editor, then right click on it and go to "Import > Sequence"
A window should popup showing the model, under the tab "Sequences" select "build", then click "Open", the animation should now be applied to the model.

maybe if the yellow lights were like panels that get pulled outwards from the spinning. that'd make it look better with the original teleporter particles.
