No it wont be dark from smooth shading, also I would increase the ray bounces to eliminate the black spots from your refraction shader

I think I know what you mean but isn't thw water very dark if I select "smooth" ?

To enable the smooth shading either right click the mesh and click "smooth shading" or go up to the object button at the top, then click smooth shading. That should make it look better.

The water looks like shit, I know. But how to smooth the "edges" ?

Probably should have turned on smooth shading for the fluid before rendering
