Coyote's personal information
To reset the password, you need to know the following information about coyote:

Her first childhood pet was named "Shadow" (That information can be deducted from reading Coyote's diary; on the third paper; and looking at the photo)
Her favorite music act is "Starfire" (You can get this information from Mrs. Kubota, who says that she played that band so loud that it was possible to hear her music from down the bar)
Her hometown is "Chicago" (There's a poster of Chicago in the room, making this one very obvious. As a side note; I don't know many people who would put a poster of their hometown in their room...)

TL;DR: Options 3, 5, 4.

maniac mansion was a great game for NES... well, not much replayability tho. same goes for simon the sorcerer or monkey island or leisure suit larry .

From what I remember of the lore, Chicago was destroyed. Maybe that's why she keeps a poster of it.

Yeah. I've not played it, but from what I know, the Day of the Tentacle is an example of an interesting and appealing story; far away from the boring linearity of Shadowrun Returns (even if the game is far from bad aside from that).

I can understand that. I played a lot of 'read loads of text' mystery games in the past. Remember this one? http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maniac_Mansion:_Day_of_the_Tentacle

@Webxorcist: Okay, sorry for misinterpreting and missing the smiley :) And as I said, that game isn't exactly an example of a good scenario/plot implementation. You can easily be annoyed to have to deduce that much of obscure information while the whole game is more linear than a straight line...

@7heo Condescendant? Notice the :o)
I just was surprised. I'd never post that thinking someone would have problems with finding that info. No harm intended.

@Webxorcist: No need to be condescendant, it's not as if the game was so well made and has been so well tested that you can expect to not miss the information or misinterpret it...

People actually didn't figure this out by themselfs? :o)
