Browse and subscribe to the mod you are interested. Do note that the mod may not be downloaded and/or installed by Steam if you are currently running any game on Steam.

Launch the game. Navigate to the Sandbox panel via the Battle button in Garage.

Choose Load Mission. Set the Type to Steam Workshop. Select the mission you have downloaded and click load to play it!
