If the guide helped you then please follow my achievement-related curator:

https://store.steampowered.com/curator/30168383-Average-Achievement-Hunter/

The curator group doesn't mark any game as recommended so it shows useful information about achievements on the store page of the games without influencing the main store page of steam with recommendations + all games sorted to lists based on expected completion times. No point not to follow!:-)
Achievements in chronological order part 1
While you get the following achievement only at the end of Chapter 1 i should start with this:

Attentive Listener
Finish Chapter 1 without Ever Stopping Bie's Audio.

Simple, if you make a photo of an object then an audio tape will be played. Don't stop any of it and you will get this once you reach chapter 2.

The following pictures gives you a complete list of the items you need to photo with your phone. Doing so will unlock the achievements. If an extra action required for some achievement then that item marked as green instead of the red "circle". I am not 100% sure all of these required, some of the items only commented by Bob and no audio from Bie, but better safe than sorry:-)

Chapter 1:

The chapter is timed so you have a set time for exploration. It should be enough to check every corner.

If no audio from Bie, neither character comment when making a photo about highlighted areas then try to zoom or move the camera a bit.

Slow Bear
Summon the spirit of slow bear to play a song in the house.

Once photoed the green circled area, the bear, return to the first room and use the radio.

Saint of the mentally ill
Take a picture of the holy Saint Dymphna.

Achievement reward upon making a picture about the painting.
The entrance to this cellar area is under the steps, in the room with frying pan, milk machine, butter machine (8th picture)

Completed the list
Take a picture of every object in the Phone's list during chapter 1.

If you made a photo about all marked items/areas then you should get this achievement at the end of chapter 1.
Achievements in chronological order part 2.
Chapter 2:
The Graveyard Shift
Take a picture of an object long after Bob wanted to go home

At the start of chapter 2 Bob wants to go home, so making a picture about any of 2 marked items on the previous screenshoot will award the achievement. While these items probably not required for the 100% completion, not hurts to still make a photo about both.

Found a Needle, Did We?
Quite literally, find the needle. It's a Belgian thing.

First time you visit the stable check the haystack close to the wheelbarrow. Use it once you see the hand, you might need to crouch to see the symbol.

What She Does In The Shadows
Stare at a particulary eerie and foreboding shadow somewhere in the house.

Right after the stable scene you need to follow a ghost. In the next room look the shadow for a few seconds. Don't go closer to the shadow only once achievement earned, else you will miss it as the game will progress toward a new chapter.

Chapter 4:
Mmm... Chocolate
Try to eat some rather dubious chocolate.

While hiding in the basement/cellar english soldiers will throw in some chocolates. Use one of it to get this achievement. You need to crouch to be able to use any of it.

Chapter 5-6:
Only the "hidden" items marked on the previous picture. You need to photo additional items too, what makes the story progressing. The list available on your phone and those are unmissable.

Empirical Evidence
Get face-to-face with what only can be explained as a ghost and take a close-up picture.

Make a picture about the ghost. Visible only when watched through your phone.

A Haunting Portrait
Reveal an old portrait on your phone.

1. Get all objects during Stories From The Front, all which progressing the story and make sure you get the optionals before making a photo about the scotch bottle (flour, tomato, envelop, matchbox, horse portrait, bicycle wheel, milk bowl, scotch bottle)
2. Open the camera's list mode while the story of the bottle of Scotch is on-going.
Result:

Survivor
Finish the game and survive the Brukel nightmare.

This achievement is earned upon game completion. Even if you face a The End screen before if you failed on something, just hit the continue story and you will get this achievement anyway.

Photographer
100% of Bie's audios found.

If you made a photo about all objects marked on the screenshoots then you should get this achievement after the credits.

Removed achievement

I leave this in the guide in case it reappears for the game again, but as some users had problems to unlock this, i believe, this one is now gone for good.

One of Us, One of Us!
Spend over 125 minutes inside the house.

Just spend/idle 125minutes ingame. Don't need to be done in a single game session or a single game, timer continued even if you hit the New Game button.

Check out Chapter 5 of the "Official Spoiler-Free 100% Walkthrough" guide. That is the main spot, I think, where 5 of the pictures have to be taken in a certain order.

Kenpoleon Bonaparte Ah, right—I had assumed the achievement was agnostic of order; this is, in all likelihood, the issue I've been encountering. Armed with this information, I'll complete a third playthrough tomorrow, paying particular attention to the order of photographs in the guide. Thanks again for the help.

I don't think it's how much time you spend on one playthrough. I think it's more how certain things have to be done in a certain order, and if you mess up that order, you have to start the game over.

For example, taking the picture of the ghost on your phone. It takes forever for you to get to that spot in the game, and then you've only got a few seconds to take that picture. If you miss the picture, the ghost doesn't appear again, so you have to start over at the beginning.

Same with the "Stories From The Front" section where objects have to be photographed in a certain order. If you mess that up, you have to start over from the beginning.

@Kenpoleon Bonaparte I'll be sure to take my time, then. This is a mere stab in the dark, but perhaps the code triggers for the since removed One of Us, One of Us! and Photographer are in some way interwoven, such that spending ~2hrs on one's playthrough is actually necessary for the latter to pop.

I just checked my 'Brukel' achievement list. When I originally asked you which achievement you were missing, I had just completed my first playthrough, and only netted 5 achievements. The timestamps on my achievements show I worked the next day from 7:36am to 1:18pm on getting the other 7 achievements, and "Photographer" was the next-to-last one I earned.

@Kenpoleon Bonaparte Thank you very much for your response. I have only played through the game in its entirety twice, but ensured fastidiously on both occasions to take photographs of everything featured in this guide, including the hidden objects, which led me to believe that the guide might have omitted something. That said, the fact that you managed to obtain the achievement whilst referring to this guide indicates that the guide does include screenshots of all requisite objects; perhaps the achievement is bugged, somewhat. In any case, I suppose it can't hurt to complete another playthrough, and keep my fingers crossed.

Wow. Comments have to be less than 1000 characters. I didn't know that. Anyways...

The rest of my comment is...

In the "Stories From The Front" section, objects have to be photographed in a certain order. Did you get the correct order?

Do you let each of Brie's audios play to the end, or do you cut them off? I think the longest one is only about 35 seconds. I thought cutting them off might cause an achievement to not trigger, so I just stood still while they played.

Good thing you left a message on my Profile, cause I also forgot to subscribe here. I'm not sure how I can help. It took me several playthroughs to get all the achievements, and I also was following the guide for help. As I finished the game about 6 months ago, and have played many games since, I don't remember much.

It may be that you have to take all the pictures in this guide on the same playthrough. I do remember trying to frantically race through the house in order to get everything done. The 'Photographer' achievement description does say "Finish the game with 100% completion by taking a picture of every story object (including hidden ones)", which may or may not indicate you have to do it all in the same playthrough.

My apologies, @Kenpoleon Bonaparte—I have only just seen your comment. I am currently missing the Photographer achievement. As aforementioned, I have completed two full playthroughs of the game, adhering scrupulously to this guide, but cannot seem to get the achievement to pop. Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated indeed.
