Check out Chapter 5 of the "Official Spoiler-Free 100% Walkthrough" guide. That is the main spot, I think, where 5 of the pictures have to be taken in a certain order.
I don't think it's how much time you spend on one playthrough. I think it's more how certain things have to be done in a certain order, and if you mess up that order, you have to start the game over.
For example, taking the picture of the ghost on your phone. It takes forever for you to get to that spot in the game, and then you've only got a few seconds to take that picture. If you miss the picture, the ghost doesn't appear again, so you have to start over at the beginning.
Same with the "Stories From The Front" section where objects have to be photographed in a certain order. If you mess that up, you have to start over from the beginning.
I just checked my 'Brukel' achievement list. When I originally asked you which achievement you were missing, I had just completed my first playthrough, and only netted 5 achievements. The timestamps on my achievements show I worked the next day from 7:36am to 1:18pm on getting the other 7 achievements, and "Photographer" was the next-to-last one I earned.
Wow. Comments have to be less than 1000 characters. I didn't know that. Anyways...
The rest of my comment is...
In the "Stories From The Front" section, objects have to be photographed in a certain order. Did you get the correct order?
Do you let each of Brie's audios play to the end, or do you cut them off? I think the longest one is only about 35 seconds. I thought cutting them off might cause an achievement to not trigger, so I just stood still while they played.
Good thing you left a message on my Profile, cause I also forgot to subscribe here. I'm not sure how I can help. It took me several playthroughs to get all the achievements, and I also was following the guide for help. As I finished the game about 6 months ago, and have played many games since, I don't remember much.
It may be that you have to take all the pictures in this guide on the same playthrough. I do remember trying to frantically race through the house in order to get everything done. The 'Photographer' achievement description does say "Finish the game with 100% completion by taking a picture of every story object (including hidden ones)", which may or may not indicate you have to do it all in the same playthrough.
