Описание
Warehouse office building with a curved front. Well, that was the inspiration - I'm pretty sure I've also seen some liquor stores and corner shops with a similar design.

The sign prop on the roof is not included, nor are any of the other props/decals/details, so you can add your own as desired.

Growable, 2x2, industrial generic.

983 tris, 2048x1024 textures (diffuse/spec/normal/color/illumination), 128x128 custom LOD.

Shares textures with and matches my other light industrial buildings, read the description for more information + recommended mods.

Use Find It! mod and search with keywords "spence generic industrial" to find easily when in game.

Roads are from Roads United Reworked and the theme/pavement textures are from Autumn Theme ;)
