2 Go to left4dead2 / left4dead2 / addons / workshop

3 Open file workshop / open with GCFscape

4 Extract file to Steam / steamapps / Common / Left4dead / left4dead2 / media

5 enter game

If you want the background to appear on any stage, such as Dark canival, change the name to l4d2_background02
