2 lane 2 way road with dedicated LRT tracks
Based on a similar road made by clus: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1608283276 , with some modifications namely:
- Added nice looking leafy oak trees with planters on the median
- Replaced parking in the middle lanes with dedicated lanes for cars and trucks
- replaced shared tram/car lanes on the sides with dedicated tram lanes,
- reduced the speed limit in car lanes and increased speed limit for trams

Advantages:
- trams run next to sidewalks so there is no need for platforms on the tram stops.
- tram and car rights of way are fully segregated and so trams don't block the traffic.
- The road looks better than the original version because of added trees
- Modified speed limits encourage tram ridership over driving.

Slope, Bridge and elevated versions remain the same as in the base version by clus.
