A M26 Fragmentation Grenade (called the "Hand Grenade" in-game), ported from Resident Evil 2 (RE2)/Biohazard 2 Remake.

A post-WW2 fragmentation grenade developed by the Americans, first saw it's utilisation during the Korean War. Nicknamed the "lemon grenade" due to it's distinctive lemon-like shape, the M26 has since been adopted by several countries worldwide as their standard issue military frag grenade.
