When the game was first released you could create multiple puke parties. They changed the NPC's so now they freak out easily and run away. I miss the old days.

In postal 2, I was able to make infinite vomit loop but it was by an happy accident... :steamdeadpan:

fever is not only a sickness.
for example the song 'Night Fever' doesn't mean to be sick all night long.
