1.] I use 144 hz monitor. so no issue for me. But I understand to add note so I edited (mentioned) in the guide
2.] I forgot to update, but a week ago I changed it to 144.
3.] This bind is just copied from maxim cfg.
Ah I don't remember that, actually I picked maxime's cfg as the main cfg and make changes with crosshair, hud, rates, video settings. (I used max instead of low) etc, and yes deleting some script as I don't know how to use them easily while ingame. which was making me confuse sometime.
Probably best to warn readers that if they use more than the maximum refresh rate supported by their monitor they could damage it.
Also fps_max_menu "999", whats the point of getting insane FPS while in the main menu, might as well cap it to 60 and save a lot of power/wear n' tear on your components.
