Beskrivning
Freeman is caught within a laboratory under quarantine. In order to escape, he must lift the quarantine and discover what caused it in the first place.

PLEASE NOTE: Following the Necro Patch in April 2024, trying to run this map from the Steam Workshop tab causes Black Mesa to crash. To run this map, please use these launch instructions:

1. Subscribe
2. Run Black Mesa
3. Bring up the console using the "~" key. If pressing this key does nothing, go into your Options, then the Game tab, and set Developer Console to "Yes"
4. Type: map bm_deepend
5. Press Enter.

This was fun! I enjoyed it. The helicopter fight at the end was a bit hard, but probably because I am a noob :D Also i really liked some of the more unconventional level design decisions you made, e.g. with the fish in the beginning, whom you had to escape, or with the Vortigauns where you have to escape and press the button in the control room. Great work!

Wow, this one was incredibly underrated! Felt like it belonged not in black mesa, but in an actual retail valve game! Was wonderfully balanced, and was fun as hell!

Exquisite! On balance, but keeps you on your toes most of the time. Map is easy to traverse, but provides it with the caveat of exploration. Perhaps there were some things that I missed, because I was surprised to be thrown straight into action with just a crowbar in my hands, but ended up enjoying it, as that enabled me to think more carefully and even make up some tactics. Environments are finely detailed, found nothing to complain about. Thank you for this short yet immersive experience!
