how hard was it to add the time stop code? I was thinking about adding a time stop to a mod im making but all I got is the one where if you hit a frozen player they start moving

i love time stop and everything and how you did that, but do you think you could add a meter to it to make a balanced jotaro , i know its supposed to be op but if u made a more balanced one it could be more fun in different situations
